Who am I…
Based in Sheridan, Wyoming, I bring a background in both healthcare and counseling, offering a practical, real-world perspective to the work we do together. I understand the demands of rural life, high-responsibility roles, and the need for straightforward, effective support. If you’re looking for counseling that is both professional and down-to-earth, I invite you to reach out.
My counseling approach is practical, respectful, and grounded in real-life experience. I work especially well with people who are used to being strong for others and need a place to process their own stress and life challenges.
With a background as both a Registered Nurse (RN) and professional counselor (LPCC, PPC), I walk alongside men, women, veterans, military families, first responders, healthcare providers, ranchers, farmers, and neurodivergent. My love of neuroscience and career in healthcare shape the way I integrate counseling with evidence-based approaches like CBT, AEDP, EMDR, & SFBT to help.
Together, we can find clarity, healing, and a path forward.
